These are starting to roll around fast, aren’t they?
This week we’ve been to Toddlers, for a walk down the canal, Tappy Toes superhero special, St Peter’s for their Spring Fair, ASSF for church, a colleague’s house for a meeting, the Hub, Lullabay, lunch with Mum friends and PCC. Obviously, the kids didn’t come with me to PCC, but Aidan did come to the other meeting!
I can feel myself getting drawn back into church things, and I’m enjoying the mental stimulation. I also think that I am bringing a changed perspective now. I can’t quite put a finger on what it is yet, but I’m definitely different.
Milestones: Aidan rolled from back to tummy! And he clapped his hands!
Food: Aidan’s appetite seems to be fully back after his cold. This week he’s especially enjoyed sweet potato pancakes, melty sticks, houmous with breadsticks and cocktail sausages. Hooray for good weather and picnic food!
What Sophia said: it was a bit brutal. ‘Mummy, I want to go to church with Daddy tomorrow, it’s gooder than your church’.
To which I said; ‘A, that is bad grammar and B, you are wrong, but you are entitled to your opinion.’
