4.10am Soph awake. 8.05am I think I was trying to settle Sophia for an hour before finally giving in and bringing her in with us. It's not ideal, but it was the only way I was going to get some sleep! So as a result, I'm quite tired. 9.15am It's knit and pray time again! [...]

6.30am Soph awake! 9.00am Nathan has taken Sophia to nursery, and I'm doing morning prayer. I'm feeling better than yesterday, but still not too bright, so I'm going to cancel my communion in a local nursing home this afternoon. Sophia can't knit (yet) but she is capable of discovering a stash of wool in the spare room drawer and doing this. I'm choosing to see it as art (although untangling it all will take a bit of time).
It's hard to pick my top picture from yesterday in #Liverpool but this one is pretty good! We got to see Gaia from a boat!
The perfect way to start our day off ❤️
Secret gardens with impossibly green leaves. No filter at all!
Spontaneous afternoon trip to the zoo 🐧
We are home after a gorgeous holiday in Matlock. Here are the baba quackquacks we grew very fond of in the local park 🦆🐣
