Blessed are those who are isolated, for they will have community.
Blessed are those who have not said ‘goodbye’ as they would have liked to, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are those shop workers, bin lorry staff and delivery drivers who keep our country running, for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those children and adults who hunger and thirst during the holidays, for they will be filled.
Blessed are those who campaign, speak up and tweet for the poor, for they will be satisfied.
Blessed are those who give of their time, money and resources to help others, for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are those who just want a hug, for they will see God.
Blessed are those who are working tirelessly on the frontline, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
